Feel like yourself in your body again.
Bridging the gap between healing and confident movement.
Your body has healed. But higher intensity movement still feels risky.
After pregnancy, birth, or surgery, your body loses its orientation, capacity, and control. It feels unstable.
This is Clinical Pilates.
Grounded in physical therapy, we rebuild your stability, coordination, and responsive foundation, while monitoring medical conditions as you progress.
To ensure you return to your active life safely.
Hi, I’m Teresa.
You’ve done what you were told.
Rest. Heal. Get cleared.
What you aren’t told is that healing and recovery are not the same
Healing is measured medically.
Recovery is how your body feel and function when you return to your active life.
And without guidance, that gap is often where progress stalls.
As a pelvic physical therapist, Pilates instructor and motion analysis expert with over 25 years of experience,
I work at this intersection. Welcome to Restore Studio.
At Last,
One Continuous Path.
START with Movement Analysis
-
A comprehensive, whole-body assessment that integrates pelvic health, orthopedic function, and movement patterns to identify the root drivers of dysfunction and create a clear path from recovery to confident, unrestricted movement.
CORRECT & REBUILD with Clinical Pilates
-
A therapist-guided session that uses Pilates equipment as a clinical tool to restore alignment, coordination, and strength while addressing underlying impairments.
PROGRESS & MONITOR with Performance Pilates
-
A progression-based Pilates training that builds strength, precision, and whole-body coordination to elevate performance, refine movement efficiency, and support ongoing strength and conditioning.
“Within a week of working with Teresa, I made more progress than I had in four years with other traditional options.
An avid runner, I struggled with pain that moved from knee to hip and a weak pelvic floor from the birth of my son, all of which stopped me from running for many years.
I just completed a half marathon and planning the next one with confidence, because of my work with Teresa and what she has taught me.’
