Restore the life you love.
Physical therapy and Pilates working together to rebuild trust in your body.
Do it once. Do it right.
Start with an integrated understanding of your body.
On one continuous path, your progress compounds, not fragments.
Restoring your active life after childbirth, surgery, illness or at midlife is complex.
Because it isn’t just about symptom resolution.
It’s restoring confidence in your body.
The female body follows different rules.
Structure is different.
Pelvic support matters.
Hormonal rhythms shape strength, stability, and load tolerance.
The body changes across life, from childbirth through midlife.
Ignoring this is to miss the mark.
Layered expertise.
Physical therapy addresses injury.
Pilates restores stability and control.
Pelvic health supports function from the inside out.
None of these alone is enough.
Progress compounds when all three work together.
From the start.
Choose Your Entry Point.
Each phase flows into the next, so progress compounds, not restart.

What to expect.
A personal Integrated Movement Profile.
A path that reconnects it all together.
One plan.
One path forward.
Finally.
“Within a week of working with Teresa, I made more progress than I had in four years with traditional rehab options.
An avid runner, I struggled with pain that moved from knee to hip and a weak pelvic floor from the birth of my son, all of which stopped me from running for many years.
I just completed a half marathon and planning the next one with confidence, because of what Teresa taught me.’
